ABOUT STORYMEE

StoryMee is a studio that builds and develops IP character worlds in Vietnam, ranging from animation, short-form content, long-form content, to character systems for major brands. We believe that Vietnam deserves its own Disney, and we are pioneering in building each character, each world, each story.

OVERVIEW

We are looking for someone who is both creative and possesses a systems thinking mindset, capable of turning ideas into structured systems for sustainable development.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Build and develop IP characters: personality, worldview, story arcs, and how characters behave across different social platforms.
• Design content systems: content pillars, standard formats, production processes, and brief templates, ensuring consistent, stable production that stays on-tone.
• Coordinate with design, content, and tech teams to set up operational workflows.
• Apply technology and data to the creative process, aiming to personalize viewer experiences.
• Work directly with clients: translating business needs into actionable IP and content systems.

REQUIREMENTS

• Creative mindset coupled with systems thinking.
• Strong storytelling and writing skills.
• Ability to put ideas into practical operation.
• Proactively use or have a passion for AI tools such as Claude, GPT, Seedance, Antigravity…
• Experience in project management and cross-departmental collaboration is a huge plus.
